As part of our revised curriculum La Salette were pleased to host EarthSong. A company who specialise in music and instruments from around the world. Our children enjoyed playing and learning about instruments linked to their Topic lessons. Year 6 focused on India as part of their work on the British Empire, Year 5 and Year 3 learnt about different musical traditions from all around the world and Year 4 focused on African drumming.
It was a fantastic day and the children had a wonderful time playing and exploring music and instruments from every part of the world.
